Why do you provide owner financing?
After filling out an application, the first step is to meet with a lender (we use a very good one) to help you know what options you have. Some are surprised to find out that they qualified right now for a bank loan. We, however, are not limited to working with borrowers who can fit into traditional loan programs. There is a large group left over—as many as 65% of all would-be homeowners—who need some kind of owner financing assistance to buy a home. If you are part of that group, keep reading!
What are things you can do that traditional lenders can't do?
We can accept borrow funds from anyone, trade work for equity, forgo much of the paperwork and are not detoured by credit problems. We work very quickly and keep you "in the loop" every step of the way.
How much down payment do I need?
We start with what is available to you and go from there. What is important is that your monthly income is adequate to meet your mortgage payment. If so, Easy Owner Terms include such programs as lease/option, owner carried down payment, and even 100% owner financing. Our goal is to get you into a home in the best way possible.
So, you can even provide 100% financing?
Yes, we can. Sometimes we set up a repayment plan for the down payment itself if you are short or we can count your work (sweat equity) as your down payment. |

What is your interest rate on owner financing?
That depends on how much financing we provide and the time frame we are working with. We want to get you into as low of cost program as possible. See How It Works for some specific examples.
How does your lease-purchase program work?
Everyone is familiar with renting and with buying. A lease/option simply combines the two. There are three agreements signed at the same time—a lease, option and purchase agreement—which are discussed at length at How It Works.
What are the benefits of working with Stewardship Properties?
Having been in the business of buying, selling, and renting homes since 1989, we realize our reputation depends on integrity and expertise. For more information about us feel free to visit our company's website at Stewardship Home or Our Mission & Us. In the mean time our hope is that we can do a good job of serving you by helping you find and finance your new home!
